Our Team
Peter Holmes
Director
Peter became a qualified accountant in 1992 and specialises in small-medium size business growth & scaling as well as business structure advice and property investing. In his spare time, Peter likes to read, focus on his fitness and visit the beach.
Linda Holmes
Director
Linda became a qualified accountant in 1993 and specialises in individual tax returns with a focus on rental property investment growth, CGT advice & deceased estates. Linda is the fun-loving office trouble maker and enjoys fitness, socialising and spending time at the beach.
Laura Birk
Manager & Accountant
Laura became a qualified accountant in 2017 and a certified Justice of the Peace. She specialises in individual tax returns, with a particular focus on sole traders, rental properties & deceased estates. In her spare time, you will find her outside in the garden, at the beach or spending time with friends and family.
Melody Howe-Jackson
Accountant
Mel became a qualified accountant in 2020 and specialises in individual tax returns, focusing on rental properties, shares & deceased estates. Mel is the office foodie (always asking what everyone is having for lunch) and in her spare time enjoys going to the gym, reading or hanging by the beach.
Gideon Masterton
Senior Chartered Accountant
Gideon became a qualified accountant in 2012 and is a certified Justice of the Peace and specialises in small business compliance and SMSF. He is a self-proclaimed chess fanatic and spends his weekends with his family.
Kate Lacey
Senior Bookkeeper
Kate joined PLH in 2021 as our senior bookkeeper and has been in the industry since 2001. Kate is very passionate about helping clients with all things bookkeeping. She loves spending her time with her family on the weekends, especially her two grand babies.
Aleisha Short
Marketing & Administration
Aleisha joined PLH in 2020 as administration and marketing. Aleisha loves the interacting with our clients. On the weekends, you will find her spending time with her partner and baby, or at the beach with her family.
Agnest Coldwell
Administrative Assistant & Onboarding Specialist
Agnest joined PLH in 2022 as a part of the administration team. Outside of work, you will find Aggie spending time with her family and brand new puppy!
Kelly Hanlon
Reception & General Enquiries
Kelly joined our growing business in 2023 as the first point of call for all of our clients. The PLH receptionist superstar! Her interests are reading and spoiling her fur babies. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Carol Viray
Accountant
Carol came to work for PLH in 2022 as a tax accountant. Carol loves spending her spare time reading books, binging on TV series, or challenging her family to a game of badminton.
Princess Maniago
Accountant
Princess joined the PLH team in 2020 as a tax accountant, specialising in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for various entities. She enjoys watching true crime documentaries and is a certified wanderlust!
Rossel Ugbinada

Rossel joined the PLH team in 2020 as a tax accountant and specialises in the preparation of individual tax returns. On the weekends, you will find her watching movies and TV shows, as well as hanging out with her friends eating good food and listening to good music!
Olivia Cleinwerck
Bookkeeper
Olivia joined PLH in 2022 as PA & assistant bookkeeper. In her spare time she likes to go to the park and beach with her family, as well as watch movies and explore different food.
Sophia Lagasca
Assistant Bookkeeper
Sophia joined the team in 2024. She loves watching sitcoms, and listening to podcasts. On the weekends you will find her trying all the food at new restaurants and planning her next holiday!
